How to get to Zizkov TV Tower in Prague for free?
Zizkov Tower is one of the most underrated and unfairly criticized spots in Prague. It became some kind of unwritten tradition that everyone who ‘officially’ loves Prague and has an opportunity to speaks about it in the media has to complain about TV Tower and request its demolition. Personally I love this place especially for its stunning 360 view. Well… I don’t like the price of 7.5 EUR though. So here is some tip how to get there for 0 EUR.
Some facts:

There is an observatory at the top floor with 360 view over the Prague – price 7.50 EUR / 200 CZK

Just few meters below there is a floor with a restaurant (free entry), a bar (free entry) and One-Room-Hotel (1000 EUR per night)
So, here is the plan:

Go to the main entrance

At the reception smile to lovely receptionists and tell them you are going to the bar

They will show you a way to the lift that takes you to the bar (The lift on the right that has no access to the observatory)

Go up, spend your 7.5 EUR on a coffee or a beer, hang around (the prices in a bar are not so high as you could expect)

Once leaving the restaurant area you are allowed to use both lifts so order one and take the LEFT one (with access to the observatory). If right one stops first (with no access to the observatory) feel the strong desire to visit a toilet or to take another picture. Once right one is gone order a lift once again.

Once in the proper lift go up to the top floor instead to the exit

…and you are in the observatory for free
